In july of 2006, Karen and I began a huge expansion on our lake home in northern NJ. Our design transformed our lakeside bungalow into a luxurious waterfront home. We expanded from 1200 square feet to nearly 4000. Due to the fact that we decided to live in the house during the remodel, we knew the importance in finding the right contractor for the job.
In Febuary of 2006 we solicited prices from recommended contractors. Even though Kevin was not the low bidder, we decided to interview him. He showed up right on time, and presented a detailed and complete proposal. His calm, knowledgeable, and professional approach convinced us that he may be the right choice. We checked out references that he gave us from recent projects that he completed. Each reference confirmed the fact that Additions Plus operated with honesty, integrity, and reliability.The common theme from each person was that Kevin shows up when he say's he will, and stays with each project from start to finish. Kevin being the owner always has his finger on the pulse of what is going on at his jobs. His craftsmanship and work ethic is second to none.
In summary, Karen and I can not say enough about Kevin and Addition Plus. He made our Large and very complex undertaking one of the most pleasurable experiences we ever had. He never forgot the fact that we were living in our home during the expansion. There is no other contractor out there that could have made it easier for us to live through the construction. Karen and I are proud to be references for Kevin. We are sure that anyone that chooses Additions Plus will have the same pleasurable experience that we did.
